Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Manager in meetings with interior designers, architects, and dealers.
  • Prepare presentations, product samples, and proposals for client meetings.
  • Follow up with clients after meetings to ensure relationship continuity and business closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
  • Maintain and update client database and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Support in organizing product demonstrations and promotional activities.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confident in client-facing roles.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of laminates / plywood / veneers / building materials is preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
