Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who can actively generate leads, manage online bidding platforms, nurture client relationships, and contribute to overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Discover, source, and evaluate new business leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, emails, cold calls, and professional networking.

Handle and manage online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals to acquire new projects.

Must have experience bidding on IT/Software development projects (such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, .NET, PHP, Angular, eCommerce, etc.) on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.

Strong understanding of IT technologies to analyze project requirements and submit technically strong proposals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

Analyze client requirements and propose customized business solutions.

Oversee the complete sales process, from initial lead generation to deal closure.

Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Perform market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.

At least 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within IT or software services.

Proven experience in bidding for IT projects on online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).

Strong knowledge of IT services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and Custom Software Solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication, along with negotiation abilities.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to establish strong client connections.

Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
