Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION - (Only for Logistics Sales candidates)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, focusing on companies that require Tech enabled logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient execution of customer orders and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in logistics sales, with a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in logistics sales.
