Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, focusing on companies that require Tech enabled logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient execution of customer orders and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in logistics sales, with a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in logistics sales.
