Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion of our commercial leasing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies.
- Arrange meetings and presentations to showcase our commercial leasing offerings.
2. Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Understanding of Delhi NCR market, potential new markets which brands will target.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other professional networks.
3. Knowledge:
- Understanding of the commercial real estate market and leasing process.
- Familiarity with Delhi's commercial real estate market.
