Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 45 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure timely conversions.
- Present and explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM or relevant tools.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and share periodic sales reports with the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong sales knowledge with proven experience in lead conversion.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confident in making calls, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
- Good follow-up discipline and target-oriented approach.
