Responsiblities:

Tracking customer account and fulfill requirements.
Handling task as per management
Handling escalation queries and objection of customers
Completion of task given by the management
Coordinating with team as per business standards.
Bring consistency in achieving departmental objectives and targets.
Development business and generate sales for the industries such as Boiler water chemicals, industrial floor cleaners, waste water treatment, sanitizers & cooling towers
