About Balance Nutrition: Balance Nutrition is a one-of-a-kind digital health business with super specialization in disease disorder management with a client base of over 75000+ across 94 countries. We address the market for Obesity and Lifestyle & chronic disorders management like Diabetes, Thyroid, Cholesterol, PCOS, etc. via an APP (& web-based model). We are now looking to enhance the current mobile app with the aim of reaching 1 million users over the next 12 months. A strong digital marketing & business support team is working on innovative ways to increase our reach in India and abroad.

Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Partnerships & Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our digital wellness platform through innovative partnerships and B2B initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing relationships with wellness brands, fitness & health tech companies, corporate wellness programs, healthcare providers, and digital distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to grow user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue.

Lead end-to-end partnership development from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to onboarding.

Collaborate with development, marketing, and content teams to build co-branded campaigns, integrations, and app-based experiences.

Drive distribution partnerships with app stores, wellness platforms, fitness tech companies (e.g., wearables, smart devices), and corporate wellness providers.

Develop and execute B2B deals with employers, insurance providers, and health systems for bulk licensing and wellness benefit integrations.

Stay informed on trends in digital wellness, fitness, mental health, and digital health innovation.

Requirements:

36 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances preferably within digital health, wellness, fitness tech, or app-based platforms.

Proven success in closing and scaling B2B or B2B2C partnerships.

Strong understanding of the digital health/wellness landscape, including mobile app ecosystems, wearable integrations, and corporate wellness programs.

Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset with ability to assess performance metrics and optimize partnerships.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-functional environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
