Qualification:MBA / PGDM - Sales

Experience:Minimum 4-6 years

Location:Mumbai specific

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Learning & Development domain.
  • Promote corporate training programs, workshops, and learning solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Understand client training needs and propose customized L&D solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal L&D teams for program design and delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business.
  • Maintaining full life cycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Mapping potential customers & generating leads, new opportunities and sales for the organization.
  • Maintain the status of all prospects on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and submit it to the management.
