Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for our branding agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships with brands seeking creative and strategic branding solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients (startups, SMEs, and corporates)
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized branding, design, and marketing solutions
  • Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to develop impactful proposals and pitch presentations
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in business development, preferably in branding, advertising, or creative agencies
  • Knowledge of pitch decks and proposal building
  • Ability to understand creative services like branding, packaging, digital marketing, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
