Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for our branding agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships with brands seeking creative and strategic branding solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients (startups, SMEs, and corporates)
- Understand client requirements and propose customized branding, design, and marketing solutions
- Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to develop impactful proposals and pitch presentations
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 25 years of experience in business development, preferably in branding, advertising, or creative agencies
- Knowledge of pitch decks and proposal building
- Ability to understand creative services like branding, packaging, digital marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
