Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales closures independently, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Acquire new logos and expand the company's client base in IT services and staff augmentation.
  • Actively participate in meetups, conferences, and networking events across India and globally to build strong industry connections.
  • Utilize AI-driven sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar platforms for prospecting and outreach.
  • Execute cold calling and outbound sales activities, including multiple daily calls to potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with management on sales strategy, target setting, forecasting, and pipeline planning.
  • Maintain and execute short-term and long-term business development plans.
  • Work with clients throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring smooth communication and successful deal closure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in IT Sales and Staff Augmentation.
  • Strong ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales.
  • Highly dynamic, self-motivated, and sales-target-oriented.
  • Comfortable using modern sales automation and AI-based sales tools.
