About Yzerly

Yzerly (Perspicacity Edutech Private Limited) is a B2B corporate behavioural training company. We work with organisations across BFSI, IT/ITeS, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and GCCs to design and deliver programmes that produce measurable behaviour change — not just engagement scores. Our clients are mid-to-large enterprises where the buying decision sits with L&D Heads, CHROs, and Business Heads.

We are in a high-growth phase. This hire carries a number from day one.

The Role

You will own pan-India outreach for an industry from Bengaluru. Your targets are L&D Heads, CHROs, and Business Heads at mid-to-large enterprises. You will find them, qualify them, build relationships, and close training mandates. This is not a support role. You carry a quota, you run your own pipeline, and your income reflects what you collect.

The non-negotiable bar for this role: You have sold to L&D, HR, or Business leadership in Indian enterprises before. You can name the clients you have worked with, the industries you understand, and the problems you have already solved. If you cannot do that from day one, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do

• Build and own a qualified pipeline of enterprise clients pan-India through outbound outreach, warm referrals, events, and LinkedIn.

• Run a written weekly Sales Action Plan: target accounts, activity counts, scheduled meetings, and proposals out.

• Lead discovery conversations with L&D Heads, CHROs, and Business Heads to diagnose capability gaps and map them to Yzerly programmes.

• Prepare and present proposals. Negotiate commercials. Close mandates. No hand-holding on deal mechanics.

• Own the follow-up. Most deals are won by the person who keeps calling, not the one with the best pitch.

• Maintain a clean, honest CRM: real stages, real close dates, real next steps. No zombie pipeline.

• Hand off closed mandates to the delivery team cleanly and stay close to the account for repeat and referral business.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3 to 7 years of B2B services sales. Training, L&D consulting, HR tech, SaaS, or staffing are the closest fits.

• A documented track record. We will ask which companies you sold to, what you closed, and who can vouch for you.

• Direct access to L&D Heads, CHROs, and Business Heads at enterprise accounts. If you already know people, tell us.

• Industry fluency. You should be able to hold a conversation about BFSI or IT/ITeS L&D pressures without a briefing note.

• Exceptional English, spoken and written. You are selling behavioural and communication training. You must model what we teach.

• Comfort with outbound: cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and walking into a room of senior buyers.

• Process discipline. You plan your week, report your numbers honestly, and keep your CRM clean.

Open to Non-Sales Backgrounds:

We will consider candidates who are not career salespeople if you are strongly connected to our ICP. Former L&D professionals, HR consultants, corporate trainers, or business coaches who have been in the room with buyers and can convert relationships into revenue are worth a conversation. The bar is the same: you must be able to name clients, industries, and results.

Compensation

Fixed: ₹30,000–40,000 per month

Incentive: % of collected revenue, uncapped (paid on cash received, not proposals sent)

Ramp (90 days): Activity targets — meetings, qualified opportunities, proposals

Target OTE at quota: ₹7–9 LPA. Strong performers who build real pipelines earn meaningfully above that.
