About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a primary focus on selling Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) to seed to Series C tech startups in India, alongside the SproutsAI platform. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach, specifically targeting seed to Series C tech startups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnership and high retention rates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of RaaS and the SproutsAI platform.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends, providing feedback on product features based on client interactions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, utilizing CRM software to track progress and forecast accurately.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and refine sales pitches accordingly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams to deliver on promises made during the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Experience selling SaaS or AI-driven platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and the challenges faced by early-stage startups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI solutions simply.
