Business Development Executive Australian Market (Bangalore)
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced, driven, and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team in a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, India, supporting the Australian market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in international outbound sales who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and helping expand our presence across Australia.
Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, emails, and strategic prospecting.
Identify and engage decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Prepare tailored proposals and deliver professional sales presentations.
Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Contribute to sales strategies and business development initiatives that support company growth.
Requirements: Minimum 3+ yearsof international outbound sales experience (mandatory).
Proven experience selling to clients in Australia, the UK, the US, or other international markets.
Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and sales pipelines.
Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a passion for sales and business development.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (IST) to align with Australian business hours.
Candidates must be comfortable working early morning shift.
