Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to support growth at Gayatri Real Project. The role involves handling enquiries, coordinating site visits, and supporting deal closures in construction and real-estate-related projects. This is a field + office role, not telecalling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads and client follow-ups

Coordinate site visits with clients and internal team

Understand client requirements and relay accurately

Support pricing discussions and deal closure

Maintain basic CRM / lead tracking discipline

Who Should Apply

14 years experience in B2B sales / real estate / construction BD

Strong communication (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

Comfortable with site visits and coordination

Disciplined, honest, and execution-focused
