Role OverviewWe are looking for smart, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executives who can manage inside sales + field meetings, build strong relationships, and onboard new employers to Tallento.ai.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!
Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales- Reach out to potential clients (schools, colleges, coaching institutes & companies) via calls, WhatsApp & email.
- Explain Tallento.ai recruitment solutions clearly and confidently.
- Generate leads, follow up on warm clients, and convert them into paid users.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and daily reporting.
Field Sales- Visit client locations (Jaipur / Noida region) for presentations & onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with HR heads, principals, directors & business owners.
- Conduct demos of Tallento.ai employer dashboard and recruitment services.
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Other Responsibilities- Understand hiring challenges of clients and suggest suitable packages.
- Coordinate with the internal HR recruitment team for service delivery.
- Represent Tallento.ai at events, seminars, and client meetings.
- Consistently achieve sales goals and maintain high professionalism.
Required SkillsFreshers:- Strong communication (Hindi + Basic English)
- Confident personality
- Quick learner
- Good convincing skills
- Must be comfortable with field visits
Experienced Candidates:- 14 years in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Edtech Sales / HR Sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to handle revenue targets
- Presentation & relationship-building skills
- Experience in education/HR/SAAS sector is a plus
