Role Overview

We are looking for smart, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executives who can manage inside sales + field meetings, build strong relationships, and onboard new employers to Tallento.ai.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!

Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales
  • Reach out to potential clients (schools, colleges, coaching institutes & companies) via calls, WhatsApp & email.
  • Explain Tallento.ai recruitment solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Generate leads, follow up on warm clients, and convert them into paid users.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and daily reporting.
Field Sales
  • Visit client locations (Jaipur / Noida region) for presentations & onboarding.
  • Build long-term relationships with HR heads, principals, directors & business owners.
  • Conduct demos of Tallento.ai employer dashboard and recruitment services.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Other Responsibilities
  • Understand hiring challenges of clients and suggest suitable packages.
  • Coordinate with the internal HR recruitment team for service delivery.
  • Represent Tallento.ai at events, seminars, and client meetings.
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and maintain high professionalism.
Required SkillsFreshers:
  • Strong communication (Hindi + Basic English)
  • Confident personality
  • Quick learner
  • Good convincing skills
  • Must be comfortable with field visits
Experienced Candidates:
  • 14 years in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Edtech Sales / HR Sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to handle revenue targets
  • Presentation & relationship-building skills
  • Experience in education/HR/SAAS sector is a plus

  • Any graduate / postgraduate
  • Freshers can apply
  • Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
