Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline within the mechanical and manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads through calls, meetings, and presentations, and collaborating with technical teams to propose suitable CAD/CAM/CAE and related solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth handover to the delivery and support teams. The Business Development Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and regularly report progress and insights to management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage opportunities, drive closures, and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-4 yrs of Experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, engineering solutions, or manufacturing industries, is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Requirement:
