A2Zee HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand client base for our HR services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for HR services
Pitch services across key segments: Recruitment, HR Operations, and Training Development, along with 360 Employee Survey
Manage end-to-end client lifecycle including lead generation, meetings, and deal closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and achieve revenue targets

Key Skills

Excellent Communication Negotiation skills
Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset
Understanding of recruitment and HR services
Tech-savvy (MS Excel, CRM tools)
