Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching target markets, prospecting potential clients, and generating qualified leads. The role involves conducting sales outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting Rampwin's software consultancy and development services, and preparing tailored proposals. The person in this role will manage and nurture client accounts, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client needs are clearly understood and met. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, contributing to sales forecasts, participating in meetings and reviews, and representing the company at events or client visits as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation or B2B Sales , with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Strong understanding of Business and commercial concepts, including basic sales funnels, pricing discussions, and value-based selling.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical services clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, handling follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Familiarity with IT or software services, particularly in areas such as automation, SaaS, or B2B solutions, is highly desirable.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms to manage pipelines and client interactions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in business development or sales.

Salary : 20,000 per month to 25000 per month
