Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing) role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate and nurture leads, and present tailored digital marketing solutions to prospective clients. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client goals. The role will also involve managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and spotting opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. The Business Development Executive will track market trends, analyze competitors, and provide regular performance and forecast reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and grow a client portfolio.
• Strong Business and Account Management capabilities to manage client relationships and drive long-term value.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and client-facing interaction.
• Experience in digital marketing services sales (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, web/app development) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work with targets, manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, and interpret basic sales/marketing metrics.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
