Position Title: Business Developer Full Time
Electrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is looking for a Business Developer to play a key role in helping us build the foundation for our Sales and Marketing teams. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.

Major Job Duties
ؠWork closely with Electrify leadership team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
ؠConduct high-volume prospecting (100-120 activities per day) to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
ؠBuild contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
ؠHave to manage Client's portfolio with Sales Process.
ؠSchedule meetings and calls for the management team for new leads.
ؠEffectively communicate the company's services and solutions to prospects
ؠStay up to date on new products, services, and solutions.
ؠInnovate new strategies to find new leads.
ؠConduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.
ؠSet yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.
ؠGenerate leads through different sources.
ؠKeep prospective client database updated.
ؠOther duties as assigned.

We are Looking for People Who Have
ؠMinimum 2 years of successful experience in a sales environment, positioning a service or technology solution. An electronics background would be a plus.
ؠExperience in calling on senior executives & technical decision-makers within all-sized organizations requires knowing how to generate leads.
ؠHighly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail
ؠA passion for sales and technology.
ؠWorked on LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Google search, Upwork, Freelancer, etc., to generate leads.
ؠExcellent written and verbal communication skills
ؠThe ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
ؠThe desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
ؠAre naturally curious and passionate.
ؠThe technical aptitude to master our industry.
ؠA keenly developed competitive nature.
ؠPositive energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation
ؠThe ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.
ؠPrevious sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)
