Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in IT services / Software / Digital services sales.
- Exposure to international markets.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar.
