We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling.
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in IT services / Software / Digital services sales.
  • Exposure to international markets.
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar.
