Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Business Development Executive with 13 years of experience in IT services sales. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound leads, understanding client requirements, and proposing the right digital solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling and working closely with design and development teams.
Experience Required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT services business development or IT sales
- Experience selling web development, design, or digital solutions is mandatory, or at least basic knowledge and understanding of these services
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for IT services
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Propose suitable web and digital solutions
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and follow-ups
- Support negotiations and deal closures
- Coordinate with internal teams post-sale
- Maintain lead records and follow-up pipelines
