We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong outbound sales experience in the software development service industry. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a proven track record in lead generation, fluent in English, confident in cold calling, skilled in email campaigns, and experienced in setting up meetings with overseas clients, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups.
- Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, present solutions effectively, and drive interest in our software development services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates.
