Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships with prospective clients, presenting solutions suited to their needs, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.

Qualifications
  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business operations and strategic planning
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Account Management including client retention and relationship building
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and familiarity with SaaS solutions
  • Flexibility to adapt and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
