Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The role also involves effective communication with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. The candidate will ensure targets and goals are met while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and account growth
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities to build and nurture client relationships
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client portfolios
  • Spoken and written English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Sales experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
