Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's client base across domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms. The role involves preparing and delivering tailored pitches and presentations, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to propose suitable content, design, and e-learning solutions. The Business Development Executive will manage and nurture client accounts, follow up on proposals, negotiate terms within defined guidelines, and ensure timely closure of deals. The position also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular reports and market feedback to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to research markets, build prospect lists, and convert opportunities into qualified leads.
- Solid understanding of business and sales fundamentals, including pipeline management, basic contract terms, and revenue-focused decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, confident presentation abilities, and active listening to understand client needs.
