Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with employers, insurers, and healthcare partners, with a focus on building a strong sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will conduct lead generation activities, including outreach, networking, and follow-ups, and will prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, negotiating contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts. The role also requires close coordination with marketing, product, and operations teams to align client needs with MantraCare's solutions and to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to build and manage a high-quality pipeline.
  • Solid Business acumen, including understanding of B2B sales processes, commercial models, and healthcare or HR/benefits landscapes (healthtech experience is a plus).
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in Account Management, with the ability to nurture relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms to track opportunities and report on performance.
  • Outcome-focused mindset, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in healthtech, SaaS, insurance, or corporate wellness sectors is preferred but not required.
