Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive located in Noida. The selected candidate will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage and nurture client relationships, and create strategies for lead generation. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting prospective clients, developing proposals, closing deals, and maintaining account satisfaction. The Sales Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building meaningful partnerships aligned with PropUsers mission and vision.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
- Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
