Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Kozhikode. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to develop optimal solutions. The candidate will develop sales strategies to drive business growth while representing the company professionally to prospects and clients.

Qualifications
  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive growth
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain client relationships and manage accounts efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and targets
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
