Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kozhikode, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building partnerships with clients in the handicrafts and premium spice markets. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs. Regular market analysis and strategic outreach to expand Kaufmanns customer base will also be expected.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business planning and strategy
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
- A self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proactive approach
- Experience in the handicrafts, spices, or eco-friendly product sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and CRM platforms is an added advantage
