Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce and promote our digital products.
  • Inbound Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries from prospective clients, providing detailed information about our products and services.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our digital products to prospective clients, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed designated sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the digital products sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
