About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales & Business Development professional with strong experience in agency or service-sector sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of bringing in new client accounts, building long-term relationships, understanding client requirements, and supporting account retention through consistent engagement.

This role requires someone who can identify business opportunities, pitch service offerings confidently, convert leads into clients, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and market research.
  • Pitch company services to potential clients across sectors such as healthcare, education, F&B, retail, social impact, politics, and emerging businesses.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, understand their business challenges, and present suitable service solutions.
  • Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, and scope documents in coordination with the internal team.
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals in line with company objectives.

Account Management & Retention

  • Build strong relationships with clients after onboarding and support long-term retention.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to understand satisfaction levels, identify upselling opportunities, and address concerns.
  • Support renewal discussions and expansion of existing client accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agency sales, consulting sales, marketing services, branding, digital services, or any service-sector business.
  • Proven ability to bring in new accounts and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Strong understanding of service-based selling and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand business problems and recommend suitable service solutions.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and direct client meetings.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an added advantage.
  • B2B sales experience will be strongly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, F&B, consulting, marketing, branding, or digital services will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators

  • New leads generated per month.
  • Number of qualified meetings scheduled.
  • Number of proposals sent.
  • Monthly client conversions.
  • Revenue generated from new accounts.
  • Client retention and renewal rate.
  • Upselling or cross-selling from existing accounts.
  • Pipeline value and conversion ratio.

Compensation

  • Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
  • Incentives / commission structure can be offered based on revenue closures and client retention.
