Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Cold Calling and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to identify potential clients, and a passion for achieving sales targets through proactive business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/business team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and database.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Cold Calling and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and energetic approach toward sales.
