Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare
  2. BD/Sales experience, preferably healthcare
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  4. Willingness to travel locally
  5. Home healthcare knowledge (advantage)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Find new business opportunities, generate leads and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  2. Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, etc.
  3. Conduct field visits, presentations and convert prospects to clients.
  4. Track market trends and competitors and maintain client database.
  5. Coordinate with care teams and share performance reports.
