Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Primary & Only Focus)
- Conduct field visits in assigned locations (Bhubaneswar) to identify potential customers.
- Approach builders, contractors, architects, residential societies, commercial establishments, and industrial clients to identify upcoming requirements.
- Collect and document lead details clearly and accurately.
- Share qualified leads with the internal Closure Team for further follow-up and conversion.
Market Research
- Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Identify potential opportunities for elevator and generator requirements.
- Track competitor activities and share insights when required.
Reporting
- Maintain proper records of daily visits, leads generated, market interactions, and competitor observations.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to reporting authority as instructed.
Key Competencies
- Strong field activity orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities during field visits
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented (lead targets only)
- Basic understanding of lift/generator/technical product markets is a plus
- Comfortable traveling extensively within assigned areas

- No negotiation or pricing discussions
- No coordination with internal teams for execution
- No revenue-based targets; only lead generation targets
- Closure Team will handle client follow-ups, pitch presentations, negotiations, and deal finalization
