Job Title: Business Development Executive (Diagnostics / Healthcare)

About the Role:
We are hiring Business Development Executives to support rapid expansion across Hyderabad. The role focuses on franchise development, market outreach, and revenue growth for a fast-scaling diagnostics startup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet potential franchise partners across Hyderabad.
- Present the franchise model and support conversions.
- Assist in onboarding & business activation of new franchise centres.
- Build doctor / clinic / hospital connections for business referrals.
- Conduct field visits, market surveys, and business development activities.
- Work closely with the BD team to achieve monthly targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 13 years of experience in Diagnostics BD / Pharma Sales / Franchise Sales / Field Sales.
- Strong communication, convincing & presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field & market visits.
