Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for
generating new business opportunities, driving client acquisition, and supporting revenue
growth in line with company targets.
The role requires a strong mix of lead generation, client relationship management, and
commercial understanding of service-based operations (AMC, manpower, project-based work).ww.accordible.in

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, field
visits, and networking
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Research potential clients, industries, and decision-makers
2. Client Acquisition & Conversion
Pitch services effectively and align offerings with client requirements
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits where required
Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed business
3. Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
Track daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline progress
Ensure timely movement of leads across all sales stages
4. Proposal & Coordination
Coordinate with operations and internal teams for solution feasibility and costing
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial details
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations
5. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Act as a single point of contact during the pre-sales phase
Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients
6. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand
Identify new service opportunities and expansion areas
Share insights with management for strategic decisions
