Role Overview

This is a high-impact, client-facing, revenue-driving role - not a backend sales job.

As a Business Development Executive, you will represent Ignitic Ideas at the highest level by interacting directly with:

  • Directors and Founders of real estate companies
  • Marketing Heads and Brand Leaders of corporates
  • Key decision-makers managing large-scale budgets

Your primary responsibility is to build relationships, present Ignitic's ecosystem, and convert premium prospects into long-term clients.

This role requires confidence, maturity, business understanding, and strong closing ability.

Core ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition and Meetings
  • Identify and connect with real estate developers, business owners, and corporate decision-makers
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with Directors, CXOs, and Marketing Heads
  • Represent Ignitic Ideas in high-value business discussions and presentations
Consultative Selling
  • Understand the client's business model, project positioning, and growth challenges
  • Present tailored solutions across:
  • Branding and Creative Strategy
  • Performance Marketing (Lead Generation)
  • Digital Ecosystem (Web and Technology)
  • Position Ignitic as a strategic growth partner rather than a service vendor
Pitching and Conversion
  • Deliver impactful presentations highlighting value, differentiation, and ROI
  • Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and drive deals to closure
  • Convert high-value opportunities into long-term retainers and project mandates
Lead Generation and Pipeline Building
  • Generate leads through:
  • Direct outreach (calls, LinkedIn, emails)
  • Networking, industry events, and references
  • Existing ecosystem and connections
  • Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Establish trust, credibility, and repeat business opportunities
  • Act as the face of Ignitic Ideas in all client interactions
Internal Coordination
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and performance teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of clients post-closure
  • Align internal teams with client expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong personality with confidence to engage with top-level management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and sell consultatively
  • A strong closer mindset with a focus on results and revenue
  • High ownership, discipline, and proactive approach
  • Ability to perform in a target-driven and high-pressure environment
Preferred Background (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales, Advertising Agencies, or Digital Marketing Agencies
  • Prior exposure to B2B or high-ticket sales roles
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred
  • Existing network in real estate or corporate ecosystem is an added advantage
Additional Requirements
  • Candidate must have a vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) for client meetings and field visits
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai and nearby regions for meetings
  • Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred
