Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads through field visits, client meetings, and business networking activities.
  • Pitch company services to prospective clients and convert opportunities into business.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Support management in expanding the customer base and increasing sales performance.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend to customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct market assessments to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to management.

Proposal Management

  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
  • Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Perform additional business development activities as assigned by management.
