Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads through field visits, client meetings, and business networking activities.
- Pitch company services to prospective clients and convert opportunities into business.
- Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Support management in expanding the customer base and increasing sales performance.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attend to customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market assessments to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to management.
Proposal Management
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Perform additional business development activities as assigned by management.
