Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound channels.
- Maintain and track sales pipeline, ensuring healthy conversion rates and timely follow-ups.
- Support accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with business needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities.
Channel & Partner Support
- Assist in identifying and onboarding potential partners such as resellers and system integrators.
- Coordinate with partners for lead generation and co-selling opportunities.
- Support partner engagement initiatives and basic training where required.
Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide inputs for campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Support digital marketing efforts by sharing client success stories, testimonials, and insights.
- Assist in promoting webinars, product demos, and events.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or CRM products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of enterprise business processes
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Exposure to ERP platforms (Odoo ,SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
