Key Responsibilities
· Sales & Business Development
· Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories.
· Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
· Customer Relationship Management
· Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
· Provide technical information and product knowledge to customers.
· Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and complaints promptly.
· Product Promotion
· Present and demonstrate chemical products to potential clients.
· Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote products.
· Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
· Negotiate prices, credit terms, and contracts with customers.
· Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
