Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their manpower requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Promote the company's services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the manpower consultancy sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Coordination & Follow-Up: o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates as per client requirements.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in manpower consultancy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Flexible to travel as required.
