Now, we're looking for a passionate and driven Associate Category Marketing to join our rockstar team in Noida.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with our category marketing team to support high-impact campaigns and contribute to our growth journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Campaign Support & Channel Management

• Assist with digital marketing (Google & Meta ads), influencer tie-ups, SEO & offline activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest data-backed improvements.

Planning & Research

• Contribute to monthly/quarterly marketing plans with a focus on business goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

Event Coordination

• Help organize events like batch launches, result celebrations, seminars & webinars.
• Ensure end-to-end event logistics are on point.

Content & Creative Collaboration

• Work with design/content teams to create engaging promotional materials.
• Support drip campaigns with thoughtful content ideas.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales, product, business, and customer success teams to align goals and messaging.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA is a bonus!)
• 12 years of experience in marketing (internships count!) EdTech or startup experience is a plus.
• Basic know-how of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
• Strong interest in education and tech-driven learning.
• Solid organization skills, comfort with data, and a knack for teamwork.
• Curious, creative, and ready to learn & grow fast!
