Community & Creator Engagement Associate Madhya Pradesh
Contract Duration: 1 year | Experience Required: 13 years
Momentum Shifts is looking for a dynamic and grounded individual to help us build
partnerships, identify creative voices, and support storytelling projects in and around Madhya
Pradesh. This is a field-anchored role ideal for someone who understands the local context
and wants to contribute to social impact through media and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with local digital creators who align with Momentum Shifts
thematic focus areas (climate, culture, equity, sustainability).
Build and maintain relationships with creators, storytellers, and local partners.
Support planning and execution of field projects, events, and partnerships across
MP.
Assist in coordination, documentation, and execution of project deliverables.
Must-Have Qualifications
13 years of relevant experience in community engagement, content,
communications, or social projects.
Strong command of Hindi (spoken and written).
Comfort with basic conversational English; strong English proficiency is a plus.
Existing network of local content creators.
Deep familiarity with the cultural, historical, and social landscape of Madhya Pradesh
/ Central India.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a
distributed team.

getting things done right not just being told what to do.
Location & Mode
Based in Madhya Pradesh (preferably Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur or nearby).
Field-based with flexible remote coordination.
