Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for the position of Assistant Manager - Human Resources. The individual will be responsible for supporting and overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, regulatory compliance, performance management, and organizational development. The role involves ensuring effective HR policies and practices, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources Management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR software. Knowledge of HR Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's in HR or certifications like SHRM or PHR is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
