We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our Quality team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn quality processes, gain hands-on manufacturing exposure, and build a strong foundation in Quality Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Quality
- Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 and client requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are being followed.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal SOPs.
- Organize, participate internal audits and support external audits as required.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.
Education & Qualifications
- Btech/Diploma-Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Key Competencies
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)
- Willingness to learn and use measuring instruments
- Interest in ISO 9001 and quality systems
- Exposure to AutoCAD / SolidWorks is an added advantage
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
