Role Description
This is a contract role for a Workday HCM Consultant, located in Hyderabad with an option for partial work from home. The consultant will configure and manage Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, provide expert guidance and support for clients, analyze HR processes, and identify improvement opportunities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement tailored Workday HCM solutions that address client requirements and optimize employee management and HR operations.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience
- Experience with Absence Management in Oracle HCM / Workday / SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of leave policies and accruals.
- Configure and maintain absence rules, accruals, and eligibility profiles.
- Provide user support and resolve absence-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory policies.
- Generate reports and analyze absence trends.
