Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customize Workday Module HCM to align with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.
- Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.
- Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support.
- Keep abreast of new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all Workday development activities. Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Workday studio experience in Mandatory
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
