Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People & Organization (P&O) stakeholders to analyze business processes, define functional specifications, and manage implementation timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver Workday integrations and interfaces.
  • Support the development, testing, and implementation of change requests (CRs) within Workday.
  • Lead bi-annual Workday release cycles, including regression testing, feature review, and obtaining sign-offs.
  • Partner with the Level 3 (L3) Technical team on project specifications, timelines, and testing activities.
  • Report risks and priorities to management and assist with project planning.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, change management, and audit standards.
  • Document and communicate issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Manage HCM functional changes and enhancements in the Workday platform.
  • Create knowledge articles, training materials, and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Optimize Workday usage and drive platform adoption across the organization.
  • Mentor team members to build expertise in Workday HCM domain.
  • Enhance the user experience related to Workday processes and functionality.
  • Gather and address feedback from P&O teams on Workday-related issues and improvements.
  • Benchmark Workday usage against peer organizations to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee AMS (Application Management Services) provider performance to ensure timely and effective support.
