Must Have Skills :
- Configuration support for at least 3+ clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core
- Workday Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Expense.
- Knowledge in Reports, Workday Docs, Smart Recruiters.
- Experience in Business Process setup
- General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
- Good understanding of Workday Security
- Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
- Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
